Menopause treatment

Second Spring in a Woman’s Life

illustration menopause

Considered the second spring of a woman in Chinese medicine, I work deeply with the method of the “extraordinary vessels,” taught by Suzanne Yates. The combination of acupressure points allows for deep work on the effects of menopause as well as the regulation of fluids and the nervous system

The effects

  • Regulation of hormonal imbalances
Soothe symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, or palpitations
  • Promote hormonal balance through the stimulation of meridians related to the endocrine organs
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • You will experience a sense of calm to ease the mind and manage mood swings or irritability, as well as the release of accumulated emotional tensions

There may also be an effect on relieving physical pain and tension. The work on fluids helps reduce joint pain, muscle tension, and feelings of stiffness

how does the session work?

The sessions take place fully clothed on a futon or on a massage table.
